'Inside Out' is the brainchild of Adrian and Narelle Fletcher. Combined they were involved INSIDE sport as professional athletes for 3 decades. For the past decade they have been OUTSIDE in capacities of coaching, training, mentoring and broadcasting while still continuing to live their passion.
With this extraordinary experience behind them, they both firmly believe that now is as good a time as any to give back to the industry they are so passionate about.

Adrian is a former AFL footballer having played 231 games spanning 15 years. Throughout his playing career he known for his ability to read the play, be a prolific possession getter and good distributor.
Following his playing career he continued in the AFL as an Assistant Coach with stints at Geelong (under Mark "Bomber" Thompson, Collingwood (Michael Malthouse) and Brisabne (Leigh Matthews & Michael Voss).
Ever looking to continue his personal development, Adrian has undertaken numerous courses of study including communication, management, strategic performance......as part of his MBA. He is actively involved in the circuit training side of 4 Core Pilates.
A father to Jaspa and Indi, Adrian thrives on setting a wonderful example to both of living a healthy fulfilling life, working hard to achieve your goals.

Narelle Fletcher is a WNBL Life Member and basketball commentator with ABC TV Sport. After years of state basketball representation, she began her WNBL playing career as a scholarship holder at the Australian Institute of Sport in 1989.
After spending 1989 and 1990 at the AIS, she spent 4 years with the Canberra Capitals, 3 years at the Melbourne Tigers, 4 seasons in Perth and finally, back home to Victoria for 3 seasons with Dandenong Rangers. Narelle retired in 2003 after 296 WNBL games, including 2 grand final apperances. Narelle has also represented Australia at both junior and senior level.
Her involvement in the WNBL and basketball continues through her role as an 'Expert Commentator' with ABC TV Sport - having covered the 2014 FIBA World Basketball Championships for Women in Istanbul, Turkey.
Outside of basketball, Narelle is a mother to Jaspa and Indi and the director of her Pilates business, 4 Core Pilates, where as well as Pilates she also runs various training programs for enthusiastic clients. Narelle mentors elite athletes at one of Brisbane's prestigious private schools, John Paul College.
